400 Horsepower Limit, except for Nimisila Reservoir.

Electric motors only on Nimisila Reservoir.

All areas are "no wake" except portions of Turkeyfoot Lake and East Reservoir.

No speed zone or ski zone will be considered "in effect" and designated as such unless the areas are appropriately buoyed and water skiing or speeding in these areas when the buoys are not in place will be considered as unlawful.

Within Turkeyfoot Lake and East Reservoir there are established zones of water which permit wake activities alternating on a time schedule basis between Speed Zone, Ski Zone and Unzoned. The schedule is below:
Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend

| 9:00 am - 10:00 am | Skiing |
| 10:00 am - 2:00 pm | Sailing |
| 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm | Speeding |
| 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm | Skiing |
| 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm | Speeding |
Prior to Memorial Day Weekend and after Labor Day Weekend, the Speed Zone Designation at both Turkeyfoot Lake and East Reservoir terminates on all date at "Sunset" instead of 8:00 pm.
At all other times then listed above, these waters become "unzoned areas" with "no wake" allowed and the speed limit is 10 mph.
